The other home sold was purchased for $490,000, charming and sweet 864 square feet cottage, 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath, with interlocking metal roof tile construction, and sitting on a little over 6000 square feet of land.
At the moment, there are no Haliimaile homes for sale. With the last few sales in the area, buyers have to be ready to act fast because a Haliimaile home does not last long on the market because they are priced affordably and they get you an Upcountry location without breaking the bank.
