This year to date, there have been five condos sold for an average sold price $4,895,000. There were two deals in 2015 that stood out: one closed for $6.1 million, a neatly appointed with sprawling ocean views and the other was an oceanfront unit valued at $8.5 million. The lowest priced unit sold for a little over $2.2 million after almost more than a year on the market.
