The lowest priced home is listed at $2.9 million and has been up for grabs since mid February; it sits on a spacious lot and commands nice views of South Maui. The highest priced home is $6.7 million is one of the more upgraded homes in the community, it’s surrounded by acres of golf course offering great privacy.
This year to date there has been four homes in the neighborhood representing a running total for 2015 0f $11,300,000. The average sold price for home is $2,825,000 with no homes being sold over $4 million. 3954 Waukaula Place was a tremendous deal as it was listed for $4,380,000 and sold for $600k under list price! Sometimes the Wailea market will have rare deals and buyers can snag properties for generous terms, identifying those kind of deals is something we work hard on to do.
