Many of the guests at Ho’olei are repeat visitors to the community and have in their own right become very knowledgable about the community. It’s great working with such savvy and sophisticated buyers as they’ve already experienced the different floor plans, done their homework and decided what they like most. Recently, what we have been hearing is increasing demand for the Hibiscus floor plans which are the Villa numbers ending in either 1 (North-facing) or 6 (South-facing). Our website analytics confirm the greater interest in Hibiscus Villas, 44% of all traffic to the Ho’olei villas are to pages for Hibiscus floor plans (North-facing Villas are the most popular).

The Hibiscus floor plan Villas are always the end units so they have windows on two sides and offer an extra sense of privacy. It’s also the largest floor plan in the community with almost 4,000 square feet, which includes a wrap around covered lanai which is about 686 square feet. One additional luxurious attribute that makes Hibiscus Villas unique: The downstairs master suite is fantastically large and has the ground floor lanai all to itself for total privacy.
