Extending sales data back to the beginning of 2012, the average sold price for a single family residential home in Haiku is more like in the range of $757,842 with a median price of $650,000.
At the moment, there are some envious listings on the MLS. There are a handful of homes for sale in Haiku that are of absolute class and should definitely command a fee in excess of $2 million, but the inventory in that kind of price point is just not moving in Haiku. In other words, I am implying there is some great potential to snag a Haiku home for well under market value and with a chance to build some equity in the property.
