Spreckelsville is easily one of my favorite north shore locations; majority of the community are friendly kama’ainas (locals), the neighborhood is extremely safe, the Maui Country Club is in the close vicinity, and the beach is the focal point of all things fun in Sprecks.
Although my parents moved to Sprecks in my college years, I did get to spend a fair amount of time in the community, and grew very familiar with the homes in the area. 2392 Waipua Street always intrigued me because of wrap around drive way and the neat little over hang covering the front door. I am extremely jealous of the little plunge pool the home has that also doubles as the water feature in the home’s courtyard…residents at Sprecks just know how to do it right.

Sprecks is considered to start right after Stable Road off Hana Highway and ends once you hit the turn for Baldwin Beach. As you can tell, the mentioned area is not that big of a section of the North Shore; it’s considered to be an upper middle class beach community with some sprawling beachfront estates. However, there are some pretty desirable homes not on the beach with large yards and upscale plantation style homes. Getting into this neighborhood for under $1 million would be a great deal, buyers can expect to pay a premium if they want the Spreckelsville lifestyle (something I strongly encourage).
