The Hokulani Golf Villas is getting set to host an influx of visitors as summer is just around the corner. In two weeks time we hope to see the beginning of interested buyers walking into our sales office in the community. On display we have three charming floor plans to look at which is great because it makes it easy on the buyers to see, touch, and dream of their desired lifestyle. The great thing about Hokulani is its central location allowing for very versatile lifestyles.

Most obvious is the golf course lifestyle that it offers, our developer is offering a special golf course incentive with purchase of home (call for the details!). Then there is the partial golf lifestyle (my most favorite): hit the greens early in the morning at 8 A.M. to finish by lunch time, followed by grabbing a drink and lunch at Kono’s on the Green, and then spend the rest of your afternoon at the beach! Ulunui Beach is barely even two minutes away, it is just straight shot down Lipoa street if leaving from the Golf Villas. There is also the no golf lifestyle if that’s what you prefer; besides being the only golf course community in Kihei (as of right now), the community offers a secure neighborhood, clubhouse privileges, central Kihei location, and year round sun!

As of right now six units have been sold so far representing a total sales volume of $5,943,000. We are responsible for 4 of the new home constructions units sold, the other two units are resales from phase I. The highest priced listing sold was a model 120 unit, its just over 2500 square feet with three beds and two baths. The lowest priced unit sold for $825,000, it was a rare 300 floor plan with only 4 units in the entire community.

At the moment there are no single homes left for sale in phase II. There are 13 villas available with two of them being in the model complex which means the homes will need to be leased back to the Sayles Team for continued use as our sales office. Eleven of our other listings are new construction homes that will be available immediately after purchase. Also I am glad to announce from now on homes will be built with a photovoltaic set up, however, we we’re not allowed to contract a company to actually supply and install the panels.
