We are proud to announce that one of our Kihei Condo listings has finally sold! We originally received the Pacific Shores listing back in September and listed it $395,000. We had to reduced price roughly $10k before we started attracting concrete interest. We finally got a solid lead in late February and were able to enter escrow in the first week of March. We closed the property late this week for $353,000!

It is a nicely upgraded two bedroom/two bath, completely furnished. Located on the 2nd floor in the quiet area of the complex with beautiful views of Haleakala. These Kihei condos are an affordable vacation rental, across the street from the long white sands of Charley Young Beach.

Pacific Shores Condos For Sale

This year to date there has only been two condos sold (included our listing) for a total sales volume of $743,000. The other unit sold for $390,000, it entered escrow after only a month on the market but got tied up in escrow for close to ten weeks. The unit is just under 800 square feet complete with two bedrooms and two baths, the unit was remodeled in 2009 but the finishes still look untouched!

The entry price into the neighborhood is rather affordable when considering some other South Maui Real Estate. The Pacific Shores units are valued because of their short term rentability, the rental revenue helps cover the carrying cost making it an extremely attractive to buyers. At the moment there two units for sale that were both listed in the last 3 weeks, so they are rather new listings. The first unit is an REO listing in the low $300k range. The second unit is in the $400k range on just came on the market late last week. There are also 4 units in escrow representing a projected sales volume of $1,360,000.
