We are proud to announce that one of our Kihei Condo listings has finally sold! We originally received the Pacific Shores listing back in September and listed it $395,000. We had to reduced price roughly $10k before we started attracting concrete interest. We finally got a solid lead in late February and were able to enter escrow in the first week of March.
