In January alone, three new construction Hokulani Golf Villas entered escrow! An amazing start to the New Year, the reputation of Hokulani and is beginning to expand. There are five total 120 plans for sale, units 39 and 45. Unit 45 posseses ocean views of South Maui, bring in its price at $1,170,000. While unit 39 is priced a bit lower at $1,072,000 with mountain views because it is set further back in the community. Phase III will be opening soon and there will be more 120 floor plans if you are still interested. Meanwhile, there are still some units available in phase II.
