Because we are blessed with the fantastic listing of the Hokulani Golf Villas, we get to experience the lifestyle of living in the these homes. The sales office in the community is our second home, we spend so much time in there that we get to see all of what Hokulani offers. We know the community in and out; sometimes its hard to get buyers to see the potential of this wonderful community. Case and point is unit 117. It sits on a lower belt in the community, but the Golf Villas are perched higher to take advantage of gorgeous views of South and West Maui. Hokulani Golf Villas for Sale

Villas 116 is located next door to unit 117, so it has pretty similar views. Looking towards makai will be the deep ocean blues with the occasinal breeze, towards mauka will be the majestic Haleakala and her lush greenery. The golf front acreage bordering the yard and lanai area is the perfect calming setting  to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a sunset dinner.

There are five total 120 plans for sale, units 39 and 45. Unit 45 posseses ocean views of South Maui, bring in its price at $1,170,000. While unit 39 is priced a bit lower at $1,072,000 with mountain views because it is set further back in the community. Phase III will be opening soon and there will be more 120 floor plans if you are still interested. Meanwhile, there are still some units available in phase II.

There are only two single level 100 floor plans left in phase II, they happen to be one of our most popular floor plans. The lowest priced 100 is listed at $900,000 and sits on lot 37, the home sits in the upper part of the neighborhood on a corner with only one neighbor. The highest priced 100 is listed at just under $1 million at $999,000, lot 43 is a spacious lot backed up right against the fairway.
