For a residential neighborhood the Wailea Pualani market has a considerable amount of listings. The count is officially at nine right now for active listings in this specific neighborhood. The price range of the neighborhood is in between $1,495,000 and $2,595,000, a pretty tight window of variation among homes for sale. All of the homes in he neighborhood have fantastic structural design and aesthetically pleasing architecture, the price difference is due to views and finishes. Some owners chose to deck out their home with the best upgrade while others went for modest functionality. Lucky though, the range of homes for sale should be able to fit a wide range of buyers.
