In a nutshell, they offer unparalleled service along with exciting and tasty cuisine which can be described as new american cuisine in a contemporary bistro setting.

The Lahaina Grill holds a reputation as one one of the most popular high end restaurants on Front Street, regularly packed with customers and steady regulars flocking from the Kapalua area. It definitely has a great brand recognition, amidst the tons of tourist traps that surround the restaurant. The foodie community on Maui and among various other goodie groups, Lahaina Grill is a place that they all agree on. The restaurant always has a waiting list, so you need to make reservations ahead of time or can choose to sit at the bar for a more informal night out.

The great serve at Lahaina Grill always makes the night pleasant, the waiters are always well dressed, very professional, and know the menu well enough to make fantastic suggestions. They use techniques and incorporate flavors from around the world, all perfectly cooked with the freshest ingredients cultivated by Maui’s local farms, dairies, and surrounding waters.

If there is a dish I must recommend it is the sampler platter that includes Kona lobster crab cake, sweet Louisiana rock shrimp cake and seared ahi cake. The typical serving size is for two, but it’s so good that you’re not going to want to share!
