The Hokulani Golf Villas is the premier new selling home community in Kihei.The market has been on fire as of late with $14,900,687 in total sales and 14 homes sold this year to date. The average sold price of a unit breaks the$1 million threshold at $1,064,334. The lowest home sold was a new construction single level 200 floor plan, it closed for $907,000 cash after a 6 week escrow. The 200 model is one of our more popular floor plans that our clients seem to prefer. This model is our former sales office that we just moved out of. At times we have held team meetings in the living room and it was quite spacious as 8 of us were able to fit comfortably.
