Right now, the average sold price for the neighborhood is hovering just above $2.8 million at $2,849,971 to be exact. The units are spending an average of 163 days on the market, not a bad amount of time considering the price tag for these condos.

At the moment there is a vast selection of inventory to choose from, buyers will be overwhelmed with all of the different choices. On the high end, a deal worth $5.2 million will get it done, although its been on the market for awhile now, a full price offer is needed for such a quality property.
