Building Global Relationships
That’s right, I’m on the road once more! It’s so exciting being back in Asia again after recently attending the AREAA (Asian Real Estate Association of America) National Convention in Las Vegas. Currently, I’m in Bangkok doing business, and being able to sit and reflect on this most recent convention is inspiring, and I feel truly blessed.

AREAA in Las Vegas
While in Vegas, I had the pleasure to meet the CEO and President of Greenland US Holding Companies, I-Fei Chang. Greenland US represents one of Chinas biggest developers and they are doing a ton of business in the US now, including the highly anticipated Metropolis in Downtown Los Angeles.

I also had the pleasure of meeting Randy Char, Senior VP of Operations at One Queensridge Place, and a top REALTOR in Nevada. Actually, Randy and I were both on AREAA’s “A” List, which recognizes the top 50 producers in AREAA with regard to total sales volume and production. I was proud to be honored as lucky number 7 on that list, while Randy was actually number 1!

With this distinction, Randy co-chaired the event in Vegas, where he lives, and dubbed it “Reaching New Heights.” There were many worthwhile presentations, featuring incredible content from a number of national speakers, and I felt that I gained a ton of knowledge, as well as making some great new friends and connections. Reflecting on these few days, I can proudly say AREAA is an organiztation that I’m ecstatic to be involved with.

From traveling to Vegas and having the pleasure to meet and hang out with some serious global players, to now flying back to Asia to implement some newly acquired strategies is truly a life long dream come true—I am officially taking my business globally!
