The Wailea Palms sit just above the Wailea Kai residential subdivision, boasting 120 luxury units offering panoramic ocean views of the West Maui mountains and the deep blue Pacific. The community is strictly long-term rentals with a minimum of six months occupancy and pets are not allowed.  However, not having the option of short term use does not detract from what the community offers.
