We are excited to announce that our team has joined RE/MAX, one of the leading brokerages in international real estate! It’s funny how life comes full circle, as it seems like just yesterday that I was the proud owner of RE/MAX Maui, a distinction I held from 1997-2004. This is a company I’ve achieved Hall of Fame Status with, when I was the no. 4 producer in the country and no. 6 internationally!
This week, I am honored to attend the R4: Reunite, Reward, Refresh, Recommit Convention in Las Vegas; featuring 8 speakers, 6 continents, 6,000 attendees, 80 sessions, and millions of new ideas from the best of the best in the real estate business. Held at the beautiful Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, R4 is a tremendous opportunity to meet people from all over the world and learn from some of the most inspiring people in the industry.
The first portion of the convention, Reunite, included a Golf Tournament at Bali Hai Golf Club benefiting the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. What a beautiful course! Afterwards, everyone gathered at the Welcome Reception to reconnect and talk story.

The next portion of the convention, Refresh, offered the opportunity to network with fellow RE/MAX colleagues from countries across the globe, and discuss upcoming business endevours. It was such a pleasure meeting tons of friendly and interesting people, truly one of my favorite things in life! Refresh concluded with a live auction, hosted by Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, which included trips, special events, art and much more.

The third portion of the event, Reward, included a luncheon, fashion show and Best of RE/MAX Awards Celebration for associates who did great things in real estate this year. The event also included keynote speaker and NBA Hall of Famer Earvin “Magic” Johnson, who has achieved great success professionally and personally with his worldwide recognized charity, the Magic Johnson Foundation.
Always great catching up with old friends (top left with Sam Corea, one of Calgary’s top realtors) and meeting new, like these lovely ladies from Japan and a merry gang of shakas!
For the final portion of the convention, Recommit, we were treated to a private concert with country superstar (and husband of Hawaii-born Nicole Kidman), Keith Urban!
