A Tradition of Wailea

Wailea Ekahi is held in high regard as one of Maui’s most sought after resort destinations. Completed back in the late 70′s, the complex sits on a tropical 34 acre beachfront location with 296 units dispersed over three different phases.

Voted one of South Maui‘s best white sand beaches, Keawakapu sits directly in front of the neighborhood and is easily one of the best beach walks on Maui. These condos are a highly sought after due to the location, tropical landscaping, privacy, and direct beach access to Keawakapu Beach.

  1. They can be rented as short term vacation rentals, which will most likely generate enough revenue to pay for themselves.
  2. Second (is a little more obvious to even those just looking at a map), these are prime beachfront condos in the heart of Wailea.

In 2013 alone, there were 14 Ekahi units sold, which is more than one per month! The community produced $13,510,600 in sales volume last year, with a price range of $545,000-$1,595,000. Units spent an average of 149 days on the market.

Currently, there are 12 active units for sale on the market. Units are trading in the range of $598,000-$1,950,000.
