The Wailea Beach Villas is arguably the most desirable condo complex in all of Wailea. The resort is so highly sought after for its close proximity to the beach, luxury craftsmanship, and world class amenities. In terms of the great location, the most similar neighborhood is the timeless community of Wailea Point. If you desire a newer product and modern Hawaiian luxury, then the 2 most comparable neighborhoods to the Beach Villas are Ho’olei and Papali Wailea.
