In the month of July, the Wailea condo market and the Makena condo market were both on fire! With seven condos sold and five of the seven over the million dollar mark, there was $16,510,000 worth of inventory closed. With that being said, this amount of activity reflects the early stages of the seller’s market taking shape. The range the condos sold for was quite large, with the lowest condo selling for $600K and the highest for $5M and the average selling price for condos coming in at $2,358,571. Also, there were two condos that entered the pending phase.
