WHBR and any successor operators of the Revised Project shall for a period
of fifteen (15) years from the date of which the Revised Project opens for
business provide the following “soft package” benefits to Maluhia Apartment
Owners:
-Room service at a charge consistent with the lower of the charges
to Revised Project homeowners or guests of the Revised Project (“Hotel
Guests”).·
-Limousine service, if available, equivalent to the better of the
service offered to Revised Project homeowners or Hotel Guests.·
-Swimming pool access and chaise lounge access equivalent to the
better of the access given to Revised Project homeowners or Hotel Guests.·
-Restaurant and spa preferred times and rates equivalent to the
better of the times and rates offered to Revised Project homeowners or Hotel
Guests.
