Many people speculated that most of these units would be pre-sold before the sales presentation. As of January 10, 2013 only unit E4 is under contract which means 11 units are still available.
Notably absent from this price list are units in the B and C buildings, it looks like this first phase of condo sales at Andaz Wailea will exclude those buildings.
