We’ve previously reported on the Andaz Wailea Resort condominiums and speculated about the the 19 units that will be offered for sale. Now we have more detailed information to share about the Andaz condos with a floor plan example and a Andaz Wailea map showing the locations of each building.

Andaz Wailea condo map
This map shows the location of each of the condo buildings planned at the Andaz Wailea Resort.
As you can see from the map above, there will be 5 separate condo buildings at Andaz Wailea. Building B will have 4 units including an ADA accessible unit. Building C will have 3 units, this is also the building where you will find the largest unit (C1) which has 4,355 square feet. Building D is unique in that it houses 2 units which are townhome style with two floors each. Buildings E and F are identical, they both have 5 units each.
Private Plunge pools for most of the units
Almost all of the Andaz condos will have their own private plunge pool. The only exceptions will be Units E1 and F1.

As you can see from the floor plan image above, Unit B1 has a total of 4 bedrooms (1 Master plus 3 guest bedrooms), 4 full bathrooms, 1 powder room (half bath), and a very spacious lanai deck with it’s own private plunge pool. This unit will have approximately 3,615 square feet of living area. You can read below for our complete list of units planned for Andaz Wailea.
