This home in Wailea Golf Vistas recently sold for a record $5.2 Million
In my previous post about the real estate activity at Wailea Golf Vistas I wrote about a significant pending sale in the community, I’m pleased to report that 111 Manalo Place has now sold for $5,200,000 and is the highest sale on record for a home in Golf Vistas.
This sale is a great sign of improvement for the Wailea real estate market which is something I’m always excited about – but I’m really excited for the new owners, who I had the pleasure of representing, as I know they will savor their new home for years to come!
