Li’ula i Wailea – Twilight at Wailea
Another spectacular dining event returns to Wailea this Friday, November 19. The Wailea Food and Wine Celebration is a benefit for the Hui No’eau Visual Arts Cener and features some of the island’s top local chefs paired with some of the nation’s best vintners. The event is taking place from 5:30 – 8:30 pm at the luxurious Hotel Wailea, directly above the prestigious Wailea Highlands and Wailea Golf Vistas communities, and it’s sure to be one of the best dinners of the year. There will also be a live auction offering an exclusive VIP getaway for 2 to Napa Valley and the first 100 to purchase a ticket will be entered to win “Pa’a” a piece from Maui sculptor Tim Garcia, valued at $1,200. This event will feature top island chefs from Spago Maui, Capische, Cuatro, Five Palms, MCC Culinary Academy, and Catering from Soup to Nuts. Some of the country’s best wine-makers will also be represented: Grgich Hills Estate, Jordan Winery, Justin Vineyards & Winery, Shafer Vineyards, and many others.
