Keala O Wailea Market Update 2018

At this time, getting an accurate idea of the sales at Keala O Wailea is tough thing to do for a variety of reasons. First the unit is a new development which means sales data is not uploaded into the MLS (multiple listing service) until the sales has recorded; this data is most likely bulk uploaded, so you don’t really know exactly when the property entered escrow or when the sale was funded. Second, new developments are usually released in phases and you never really know the exact build timeline unless you are a buyer or the buyer’s agent.

Another tricky thing about new development is knowing the true market value. Sure you know what the developer sold the unit for, but until there are dozens of resale units sold, you don’t know how much a buyer will value Keala O Wailea on the open market where it must compete among the other Wailea real estate.

With all that being said, Keala O Wailea is a fantastic product and sits on one of Wailea’s most prominent bluffs with access to some of Wailea’s best dining options as your next door neighbors.
