Wailea Fairway Villas 2018 Market Update
With just over $2.25 million done in running sales volume through the 1st quarter of 2018, Wailea Fairway Villas is off to a decent start considering units cannot be rented out on a short term basis. Owners tend to only live here part time throughout the year or choose to rent their units out for at least 6 months. The low traffic throughout the community makes it desirable to those seeking privacy.
All 3 of the units that sold this year only needed 100 days or less to find a buyer and it was the most expensive listing that only needed 60 days to find the right buyer. Part of the reason it sold so fast was the desirability of a 3 bedroom Wailea unit priced under $1 million. Very rarely will you be able to secure that type of unit in Wailea for that kind of price. The remaining two units sold were 2 bedroom units like the ones listed above.

Wailea Fairway Villas 2017 Market Update
Last year saw the Wailea Fairway Villas market go through a variety of ups and downs throughout the year. It wasn’t until the the latter half of the year that sales picked up where it saw more than 50% of the sales occur.
