2018 has been off to a sizzling start with $2.1+ million in running sales volume through the first 10 weeks of the year. So far, February has seen the highest yield with 2 units sold, while January and March have each seen 2 units sold. As real estate prices sky rocket across the state, it’s no surprise to see the Southpointe units in such high demand because of their low barrier to entry.
With two units sitting in escrow, Southpointe’s early success in 2018 is poised to continue. The sweet spot in the community is around the $300k range as more than 70% of units sold this range fell in this price point. Only two of the units sold this year have been in the $200k range. Buyers can expect to pay around $350-$450/sqft for a unit in the complex.
