Considering how small of a pocket Spreckelsville is on the North Shore, it is great to see a running sales volume of $34,735,399; granted, close to half of the sales volume came from 1 sale. More than 85% of the closings came in the 2nd half the year with August and October being the most productive with 2 sales each. Spreckelsville is a coveted beach community that is able to blend a certain level of sophistication while not being overly opulent like some other Maui beach communities are. Very interestingly, 5 of the homes sold within 2.5 months coming to market and is a clear testament to the desirability of the community.
