Hokulani Golf Villas Market Update 2017
This year to date, the Hokulani Golf Villas market has been experiencing a great year with just about 1 unit sold per month. In total, there have been $12,503,693 worth of inventory sold for an average sales price of roughly $1.1 million and some change. To no surprise, it has been the new development sales that have been most productive as they represent 82% of the homes sold in the community. What does stand out about the 2 resales sold is their amount of time on the market, they both were able to attract a solid amount of interest before being able to enter escrow.
The activity at Hokulani Golf Villas came in waves with some months more productive than others, January was the most noteworthy with 3 closings while March, July, August, and September were the least productive with no closings. Only one 4 bedroom home was sold this year as they are a rare commodity in the community. The 2 bedroom floor plans have sold the most this year because of the lifestyle of the community where the den provides an open concept and is available for a flex use space as a 3rd bedroom.
