With 7 Maui Kamaole units sold so far, the most popular price point is also the $500k range with 4 of the 7 units falling in that price range; the next most productive price point was the $600k range. Interestingly, only 1 bedroom has sold this year with the rest being 2 bedroom units. The 2 bedroom units are the most popular because they can command higher rental rates as 2 bedroom units are ideal for visiting families.
