We initially brought this unit to market in April and I thought we were going to be able to get the home under contract a little quicker than we did, but after 4 weeks on the market we entered escrow. After 2 months in escrow, we were able to close the deal for $920,000 which was about 5% off original asking price.

The 2017 sales data for Keonekai Heights far surpasses the 2016 sales, as 140% more sales have been completed in the first 6.5 months of 2017. The transaction prices are all roughly in the same price point with none exceeding the $1 million dollar barrier, while nothing was sold below $625,000.
An interesting detail from this year was one home actually sold for $80k over asking, however, it sold as an REO which means it was priced well below market value. For a REO home, it was in excellent shape and a fantastic piece of business for the buyers as homes regularly sell in the neighborhood for $700k+ at a minimum.
