Cool Breezes = Wailuku Living: 53 Nohoana Place
We are so proud of our buyer clients who were a delight to work with and were more than ready to pull the trigger on this Wailuku property. It is a big commitment to buy a residence and we are lucky enough to have been part of our clients journey!
Residing in the gated Wailuku neighborhood of Koa at Kehlani, a neighborhood part of the master planned community of Kehalani, the home sits on Wailuku’s upper slopes of the West Maui Mountains. Technically not located in what is traditionally considered Wailuku Heights, the home offers a very similar lifestyle and prestige to the highly desirable area of Wailuku Heights. The single story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, custom home boasts concrete block walls, a stucco finish and monier roofing tiles.

Wailuku Homes Market Update 2017
Right now, the real sweet spot in the Wailuku market is about $500k to $785k with a bulk of the sales falling in this price range. The area tends to be geared more towards families as a new shopping center and two fantastic schools anchor one of Maui’s most historic towns. Locals love the area for its lush greenery, mountain breezes, and central location to the entire island. Less than 10 sales have broken the $900k barrier, so Wailuku is a more “affordable” area in terms of Hawaii real estate standards. Buyers must be aware that they have to be willing to compete for properties in the $500k to $785k range.
