The most interesting point about the sales was of the tight price range that all of the units sold in; all 10 sales fell in either the $500k or $600k price range. 80% of the units sold last year were 2 bedrooms, which is typical since the 3 bedrooms units are more rare to market.
Compared to 2015, 10 units were also sold but sales volume in 2016 was higher by about $30,000. 2015 was a more colorful year as it saw a wider range of units sold. 2 sales fell in the upper price range of the complex, one in the higher $700k and another in the $900k price point. 2 units event sold for under $500k, an unbelievable deal in the Wailea area!
