Don’t let the unfurnished living area and bedrooms fool you because the bones of the unit are a great canvas to make your own. The interior of the unit is more or less in original condition from when it was first built, but a fresh list price of $639,000 is an appealing in an appreciating Wailea condo market. The unit provides easy access as it is on the first floor with two bedrooms, two baths and 949 square foot interior.
