Brought to market in late August, 183 Alaula Place was priced at $2,750,000 when it was first listed; throughout its entire time on the Wailea Kialoa market, the list price was held firm. The home entered escrow after about 2 months and then closed in another two months at a final sale price of $2,650,000.
