Ho’olei Market Update

This year to date, 11 Ho’olei villas were sold for a running sales volume of just over $30 million; right now, the average sold price for a unit is $2,745,454. We are proud to say that we have been involved in 9/11 transactions in 2016; we have worked extremely hard to ensure a seamless real estate experience for all of the parties involved. Interestingly, 4 units have sold above $3 million while represented the highest priced sale at $3.3 million.

The highest priced property to sell, as mentioned earlier was $3.3 million. Glamorous properties like Ho’olei 52-1 hardly ever go up for sale in Wailea. And when they do, our Private Collection of luxury home listings crucially facilitates the deal before the property ever gets a chance to hit the public MLS. Many of our clients are extremely private people and do not wish to put their property in the MLS for a variety of reasons.
