This year to date there have been 6 Wailea Palms units sold for a running sales volume of $6,065,000 with an average sold price of $1,010,833. The market has cooled off a bit since the 1st half of the year where all 6 of the 2016 sales have occoured thus far. More than 60% of the sales have taken place in the higher price point in the community with 4 of the 6 sales falling at $950,000 or higher.

The lowest priced Wailea Palms unit sold for $25k off original list price and closed for $685,000 after close to two months on the market. It boasted beautiful ocean views from the living room, lanai and master bedroom. It sold furnished with one bedroom, two baths, a spacious great room, a nicely appointed kitchen and large lanai.

The highest priced unit was initially brought to market in late December of 2015, the Wailea Palms unit entered escrow in late March and closed for $1,425,000 after less than a month in escrow. The unit underwent a complete remodel and has elevated the unit to the top of the market. There aren’t many units that can compare to the quality of finishes and level of luxury the unit provides. The vibrant furnishings make the unit pop and nicely complement the detailed upgrades.
