Wailea Pualani Market Update

So far in 2016, 6 homes have sold for a running sales volume of$12,530,000 with an average sold price of $2,088,333 which is right about what you could expect to spend for a Wailea Pualani home. Some properties have been known to sell closer to $3 million, but those are exceptional properties for the neighborhood. Interestingly, 66% of the sales have closed in the latter half of the year which coincides with the time after the busy season and when some buyers make buying decisions.
