Kihei Kai Nani Market Update

This year to date, the Kihei Kai Nani market has been extremely active with 14 units sold so far which is good enough for 1.4 units sold per month. So far in 2016, the complex is running a sales volume of $4,317,000 with an average sold price of $308,357. Interestingly, the condo has a sweet spot as 13/14 sales in a $60k price range from $280,000-$340,000.  The units are moving a decent pace with an average days on market of 154.

The lowest priced unit sold for $279,000, the unit is located upstairs at the end of building 13 with a light and airy vibe throughout the conso as it has 3 windows wrapping around the sides letting in plenty of light and allowing the trade winds to naturally keep it cool. The unit features custom tile flooring throughout including the ocean view lanai and comfortable wood laminate floors in the bedroom. The unit was sold fully furnished.

The highest priced unit was sold as a pocket listing with an upgraded and attached rooftop deck which is approx. 1400 square feet. This unit has been totally upgraded with beautiful woodwork throughout. It sold for $400,000 cash.
