Interestingly, the condo has a sweet spot as 13/14 sales in a $60k price range from $280,000-$340,000. The units are moving a decent pace with an average days on market of 154.
The lowest priced unit sold for $279,000, the unit is located upstairs at the end of building 13 with a light and airy vibe throughout the conso as it has 3 windows wrapping around the sides letting in plenty of light and allowing the trade winds to naturally keep it cool.
