One Palauea Bay Market Update

The One Palauea Bay community is an extremely coveted community to buy into because only 66% of the community is actually housing mansions. The exclusivity of the community is spoken for by its sales data, in 2015 and so far in 2016, there have been no homes sold, it doesn’t help the community also has a high barrier to entry.

The last time homes in One Palauea Bay were sold was in 2014. Only two properties were sold for $8.5 million and $3.5 million:

  • Tthe $8.5 listing was meticulously designed, the estate offered 6,860 sq. ft. of interior living area and over 3,000 sq. ft. of covered lanai, for seamless fusion of indoor/outdoor living, on a tropically landscaped, one acre parcel.

In 2013, two homes were sold for $8.15 and $5 million.

On the $5 million listing we represented the buyers and are proud to have closed on a great deal for our clients; it was a new construction single level furnished residence completed in 2012 consisting of over 6,000 interior square feet including six bedrooms, two of which are masters, six full baths and two 1/2 baths, media room, office, extensive covered lanais, heated pool and spa, three-car garage.
