The highest priced unit to sell sold for $710,000, it was a 4th floor unit with a unique lock out feature allowing a double rental or live in one unit and rent out the other. Recent upgrades included tile flooring in the master suite, new interior paint, new kitchen appliances and backsplash.
The lowest priced unit to sell closed for $420,000, the 2 bedroom 2 bath unit was sold fully furnished offers “lock out” feature. It is is in rather original condition and could use some TLC, but otherwise a move in ready unit.
