We are so happy to announce the sale of Ho’olei Villa 81-6! We represented both the buyer and the seller as there was a meeting of the minds at $2,700,000. Villa 81-6 was not actively on the market and we can attribute our sale to our team’s use of our Private Collection by the Sayles Team, a gallery of special properties that are not publicly offered for sale.
We maintain the Private Collection as a special service to our valued clients who would entertain an offer on their property but do not want their property publicly on the market at the time. We also have access to our exclusive buyer database with clients ready to act on properties if there is the right type of property available.
Sit back and relax in this gorgeous 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath Wailea town home. Villa 81-6 has a fantastic location on the property, and is one of the closing units to the Ho’olei pool as well as the Grand Wailea Resort. The Ho’olei community represents a unique fusion of tropical beauty and island lifestyle unparalleled in South Maui. A stunning carved Mahogany door opens to a wide, grand staircase of honed stone, leading to the great room foyer. An open floor plan with high tray ceilings, recessed lighting and amazing floor to ceiling windows truly emphasize the spaciousness of this home.
Ho’olei Market Update
This year to date, there have been 6 Ho’olei villas sold for a running sales volume of $16,145,000. We have been involved in all six transactions so far this year and we have worked hard to ensure an easy real estate experience for all of our clients. The average sold price of a villa is $2,690,833, while the median sold price of a villas was $2,737,500.
The highest priced unit to sell this year closed for $3.3 million. It was a pocket listing that we were able to represent both parties on. The Villas comes with amazing ocean views and is of the largest floorpans offered in the community. The sale price represents a new high water mark this year.
The lowest priced unit to sell this year came to market at $2,150,000 and received a price reduction of $30k in April. We had buyer clients who were ready to write an offer in late May and were able to get their cash offer of $1,920,000 accepted. Snagging a Ho’olei unit for anything under $2 million is a fantastic deal and we’re happy to get our clients into a unit they desired!
There are also two units in escrow.
