North Shore Beachfront Market Update

So far in 2016, there have only been two ocean or beach front units that have sold. North Shore beachfront properties contrast differently from South Maui beachfront property. North Shore properties are a little more windy, rustic, and entail the local lifestyle (fishing, diving, surfing, etc.); whereas South Maui properties are more leisurely and luxurious, although the two home sold this year are certainly Wailea class properties.
