The pictures are not doing this listing any justice, but the unit is one you have to see in person to get a feel for. All of the units are priced in a small window of about $110k, so the units are relatively similar in value and are separated by each unit’s individual views, upgrades, and rental income potential.
The highest priced unit for sale is listed at $489,000, it has two beds, two baths, a newer kitchen set up, painted with vibrant colors, utilizes space well, and has a perfect lanai for relaxing. The lowest priced unit for is priced at $375,000, it has great ocean views from the 3rd floor with 1 bedroom but could use some newer touches.
