Because the studios are more affordable, the owners tend to leave it for personal use rather than renting it out for the rental income. The highest priced listing sold for $1.3 million, it was remodeled in 2006, this one-of-a-kind two-story townhouse features upper and lower level lanais, both with amazing ocean views.
