At the moment, the inventory at Ho’olei is decent; at times, there have been more units available while at others there has certainly been far less. Of the seven Ho’olei condos for sale, we represent more than half the units for sale; right now, there is $20,210,000 in inventory. We currently are the listing brokers of the lowest priced villa, it represents the best deal on the market and can be purchased for around $1.9 million which is unheard of in the Ho’olei market. The highest priced villa for sale is listed at just under $3.5 million, it is a top row plumeria floor plan with wide open ocean views. The average list price for a unit is $2,887,142.

So far in 2016, there have only been two sales in the complex, including 112-4 (featured above). The other closing that closed this year was a pocketing listing that we were able to have a meeting of the minds at $3.3 million. The villas was an end unit which makes it the biggest of the three floor plans and boasts some of the largest ocean views.
