This year alone, there have been thirteen units sold representing a running sales volume of $15,124,550. The average sold price for a home has been a little over $1.1 million at $1,163,426.  The lowest priced home sold for $635,000, it is separated into two different dwelling with rental potential. The highest priced home sold for $1,750,000, it was never listed before and a gorgeously constructed home with elaborate wood finishes.
