The lowest priced unit is our listing listed at around $1.2 million, it is a second floor unit sitting above the pool and is great location for active buyers who like to feel the vibes of the community. The second unit listed is a sixth-floor unit offers commanding ocean views from the living area, the kitchen, the lanai, and the Master bedroom. The average list price for a unit in the complex is sitting at just under $1.5 million at $1,490,666. There are also two units sitting in escrow listed at $1,389,000 and $1,695,000.
7th floor villa sold for $1.4 million
Last year in 2015, the complex saw three units change hands for an average sold price of $1,395,333.
