Mana Kai Real Estate Market

At the moment there are three active Mana Kai listings for sale $1,388,000, hovering at just under $1.4 million, the average list price for 2016 accurately reflects the sweet spot in the Mana Kai market. It’s rare that Mana Kai units even become available because of their high short term rental occupancy rates and profitable monthly rental revenue (if ran efficiently).

Last year there were three units sold for an average of $1,395,000. Of the units sold, the one that stood out was a top (8th) floor unit close for $1,45 million with stunning ocean views and a quality remodel. However, interestingly enough it was a seventh floor unit commanding top dollar in 2015.
