We originally listed in August and knew that in Ho’olei Villa 31-4 we had a unique unit, it sits on a lower belt in the community (not typically known for its ocean views) with gorgeous ocean views accustomed to units that sit higher up in the complex. With that being said, the views alone make the unit immensely more valuable, allowing us to justify a list price of $2,750,000. We entered escrow in early October with a firm cash offer and closed a month later for $2.7 million.
